We want you to love your Alzya purchase. If something isn't right, returning is easy just follow the steps below.

How to Start a Return

  1. 01 Email contact@alzya.support to request your return.
  2. 02 Once approved, you'll receive the return address and instructions.
  3. 03 Pack your item securely in its original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase.
  4. 04 Ship your return to the address provided.
Tip: Keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed.

Store Credit

Prefer credit over a refund? We can issue store credit valid for 12 months from the issue date, usable on the Alzya website.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie must have the hygiene liner intact.

Any item marked "non-returnable" on its product page is also excluded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing

  • We inspect your return and process your refund or exchange upon receipt.
  • Allow up to 30 days from receipt for processing.
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your card.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Special Cases

Gift returns follow the same 30-day window and conditions.
  • Provide the order number or email used to place the order.
International returns are accepted under the same 30-day policy.
  • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • If the return is due to a faulty product or our error, we cover shipping.
  • Contact us before shipping internationally to confirm the return address.
Contact us at contact@alzya.support immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Include photos of the damage where possible this helps us resolve things faster.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs.

The return address is provided after your return request is approved. Do not ship before receiving confirmation. For international returns, always contact us first.
