The elastic waistband has a nice recovery, snaps back after stretching.

Liner coverage is good. No uncomfortable shifting during movement.

I love how practical this skort is. The built-in liner makes it comfortable to move around in, and the phone pocket is genuinely useful. The ruffle detail also gives it a much prettier finish than typical activewear.
